SPECIAL EVENTS
PLAN
WHAT TO EXPECT;
The initial planning phase generally starts with a map reconnaissance and pre-site survey security plan. After the map recon, consulting will arrive on location for an official site survey. After the official site survey, a comprehensive security plan will be developed.
The planning serves as the foundation for ensuring the safety and security of your employees and guests. We diligently assess the specific needs and vulnerabilities associated with each event, taking into account factors such as venue size and layout, expected crowd size, and the nature of the event itself. Through comprehensive assessments and threat analysis, we identify potential security threats and develop customized security plans tailored to each event. This includes formulating contingency plans, establishing communication protocols, and coordinating with relevant event organizers, local law enforcement, and emergency response teams. By meticulously planning every aspect of the event’s security, we aim to provide our clients with peace of mind, allowing them to focus on successfully executing their special occasion.
ADVISE
WHAT TO EXPECT;
Generally, the ADVISE phase is where we will brief your employees, and/or contracted security staff to the overall security plan. The ADVISE phase also incorporates our Emergency Preparedness classes if you so choose. During the ADVISE phase, we will also discuss best practice solutions to emergent scenarios to your security staff.
We take pride in our expertise in advising contracted security and staff for special events. Our experienced team understands the unique challenges that arise during these occasions and tailors our recommendations to ensure the highest level of safety and professionalism. We carefully assess the event's specific requirements, such as crowd size, venue layout, and potential security threats, to develop comprehensive security strategies. From coordinating access control and crowd management to providing guidance to on-site emergency response teams, we work diligently to deliver a seamless and secure experience for event attendees. Our priority is to enable our clients to focus on hosting successful events, knowing that their security needs are in trusted hands.
TEST
Expectations;
The TEST phase generally begins before the event and continues until the event has ended and all participants have left. Our consultants will test the security plan in place in many different ways to include but not limited to;
Security Audits
Penetration testing
Unauthorized Item introduction
Denied Access intrusion
Security Check Point limitation probes
Outer Perimeter Probes
Physical Barrier Limitations
ASSESS
Expectations;
The assessment phase is generally constant. Our consultants are always assessing security, to ensure the safety of all patrons. More specifically, our consultants will be coordinating scaled/graded observation assessments. These assessments will address immediate discrepancies (if needed) or briefed at the end of event review.
Through their meticulous assessment, our consultants identify any gaps or vulnerabilities in the contracted security and provide tailored recommendations to enhance overall safety and protection. Their in-depth understanding of industry best practices ensures that the security measures put in place at special events align with the highest standards, delivering peace of mind to organizers and attendees alike.
REVIEW
Expectations;
The REVIEW Phase takes place after the event has ended. Generally, it will include a detailed after-action review (AAR), detailing the range of security concerns during the event. It will outline positive feedback, and areas of improvement before the next event. The AAR will be conducted in a clear and concise manner. The AAR can be attended by your selected security management personnel or selected employees.
Conducting detailed AAR’s is ingrained in our company's operational culture. We recognize the immense value of learning from our experiences in order to continuously enhance our capabilities and provide top-notch security solutions. Our AARs are structured and systematic, involving a comprehensive analysis of each project, operation, or incident. We gather input from all stakeholders, including our clients, security personnel, and our security consultant experts. Through open and honest discussions, we assess what went well, what could have been improved, and identify any lessons learned. These AARs help you refine your operational procedures, identify potential risks, and adjust your strategies accordingly. By conducting detailed AARs, we reaffirm our commitment to excellence and ensure the continuous growth and evolution of your event and its security services.
